Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Had a safe, fridge, kettle (cups, coffee, tea, glasses), TV with BBC and sky news channels . Also had a hanging area - possibly could've benefited with drawers depending on length of stay. Breakfast room was clean, had a nice collection of food and drink available, which set us up for the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet location and although not right in the city centre, we used the tram/bus/metro day tickets to get around.

We stayed at this hotel during a mid week break. The hotel its self is lovely. Very clean and modern. The receptionists were very helpful when we needed anything. However, we were sold this hotel as a “city centre hotel”, it definitely isn’t in the city centre. The hotel is about a 35 minute walk from the main part of Prague or 500czk in a taxi. Breakfast was minimal, standard European breakfast. The hotel room was very noisy at night because it is located right next to the hospital and police station. There were emergency service sirens heard at all hours which kept us awake late and woke us up early. Hotel is advertised as a 4 star but I would say it’s more a 3.

We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at the hotel, wonderful staff, room was small but had everything we needed, I would definitely go again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was plentiful too and tasty and the location was good for all parts of this beautiful city

Great hotel in an excellent location. Located in a quiet area about a 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square. Staff are very friendly and willing to assist with any queries or offer recommendations. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Would definitely return on a trip back to Prague

We arrived before our room was ready so they stored our luggage. Staff very friendly and happy to help. The girl called Iy was super lovely, gave us a run down on the area and recommended some tours. The hotel is about 30 mins walk from anywhere touristy but trams nearby if your up for using them. When we got into our room it was very tiny and basic. Very clean. Towels were small so maybe bring your own. Trying to sleep was an issue if your a light sleeper as its next to a police station and the sirens go all night. The hotel did supply one pair of ear plugs but you can still hear the noise from the city. Breakfast next morning was OK.. very stuffy small breakfast room with all the rest of the residents.. could maybe do with opening a window to let some fresh air in. The staff in the kitchen don't speak English but they got the receptionist to help us. Only one toaster so it's hard to get toast if that's what you want. Porridge was lovely. The area beside the hotel is like a ghost town at night so there's not much to do unless your prepared to travel into the old town. We changed hotels after the first night so not sure what the spa was like. The hotel is rate 4 stars but I would say its more 3 stars.
